Giving customers a voice in your business, Kaleidaview is a powerful viewpoint research tool that brings together telephone based customer satisfaction surveys with on line access to Management Information.
How does it work?
Your customer data, segmented by your business product, channel or outlet is loaded into Kaleidaview (typically monthly) and sample sizes set. Our tele-researchers speak to the customers and gain their satisfaction scores across a range of measures related to their customer experience. As soon as the survey is completed, the Management Information section of Kaleidaview is updated in real time and simultaneously published to your customised Kaleidaview web site. Being web based, the MI is accessible to anyone in your organisation with a suitable password.
